Please accept my deepest regrets. He was a great man who made a great contribution.

Dale was a great man. I got to know him at the start of Realty Executives in North Carolina as he did several of our grand openings. I have a picture of Dale and I at one of our offices I will cherish forever. I will always remember him.
I have a book that Dale signed back in the 1990's when he came to our grand opening of the Raleigh office. Such a nice man with a great attitude and what a visionary. I know he is missed and loved by many.
Matthew Pellerin (Paradise Valley, Arizona) Though I only met the man once early on in my career with Realty Executives, he made a lasting impression on me. His vision, that made this company, will live on forever.

I never met Dale but can't deny the effect he has had on the entire industry with the standard he set. We are all better off that he was here...

I have justrecently moved to California from Phoenxi where I had a carreer in RE finance and selling for many years. I have good memories of your father. In 1975-78 Iworked for Chick Havens of Southwest Savings and Loan. Chick was like the father of RE in Phx and loaned Dale money for various projects. I was Chieck assistant at the time and aremember they had many good times together. I went onto own and operate my own mtg co. and then sell RE in Arizona. I now live and work in Coronado, Ca. Just wanted to share my thoughts of a lovely man
Melvin Moore (Greenville, MS) Didn't know him but what an awesome God given talent to grow such a successful company. I am in the process of relocation and I will consider going with this team. Death comes to us all but what a blessing to have a life that was meaningful to others. To the family cherish the memories shared together.

I have recently finished my 2nd year at Realty Executives after working for a traditional broker for over 10 years. This past year was my best year in the business and I appreciate what Dale did for all real estate agents and the industry as a whole. I didn't know the whole story, but even when I was at my former broker, I knew that Realty Execucitves was why I was able to get better commission splits. Now, after being here and learning the details and reading his book, I more fully appreciate what challenges Dale went through. While I never met him, I heard very good things about him through my broker/owner and I will always remember that he was instrumental in helping me obtain significant income for my family. Thanks also to those who have carried on.

Joe and Paula Cobb (San Diego, Ca.) We have enjoyed our relationship with Dale and June since we purchased our franchise in 1993. He was the reason we joined. It was extremely important to us that the Company we associated with had high ideals and was based on the highest ethical standards. We have not been disappointed! We will miss his contagious smile and optimism.
This truely is a remarkable man. Having met him on several occasions. This is the reason that we have the "TRUE" 100% programs that we have today.

Sharon Davies (Fort Myers Fl.) I had the pleasure of meeting with Dale at a company meeting in Las Vegas. I know that he embodied the image of what every agent should be - kind , straight forward and and professional.
| |
Debbie German (Las Vegas/Southwest) I have only met Dale and his wife once at a company meeting, but they both seemed very warm and kind, with so much love in their hearts. I am sorry to see someone who has done so much good pass on. He left a legacy from his vision and knowledge that will forever be cherised by the many lives he has touched. I believe he is a better place and he and he is pleased to know so many people love and care for him.
