Our hearts are heavy and overflowing with sadness on the news of Dales passing. Not many of us will ever achieve authentic success as Dale did. Authentic sucess is not about accumulating but letting go, because all you have is all you truly need. Dale was a visionary who called forth his gifts and offered them to the world so that others could share and live his dream of a better life. Dale lived by his own lights and knew the value of every task he undertook in the steady pursuit of his dream. He reveled in the sucess and advancement of others and made a difference in all of our lives. Today we celebrate Dale's achievements and are grateful and honored to have been touched by such a great humanitarian. Today we carry with us in our hearts, Dale's priceless gifts of love, courage and a dream. Dale leaves behind a legacy that will endure through time and light our paths into the future.

With all of our heart, love & prayers,
Joan and Lynn

Dear June and family:

I didn't know Dale Rector through his business as a realtor, I met him 2 years ago; when I became the security officer at his place of residence. I was curious why his license plate read "100PCT", so I asked him and with his eyes twinkling and wide smile he gave me a quick summary of his real estate philosophy and later he gave me his book which told the story in depth. Mr. Rector (Dale) was a rare individual who personified entreprenuralship at the highest level and had a personal warmth which cannot be replaced. I feel honored to have known him and miss him beyond words.

My deepest sympathy with my thoughts, love and prayers go out to you, June, Rich, Gary, Becky and families. During my 17+ years working for REAX I loved Dale for the great man he was. I appreciated the times he stopped by my office just to ask how things were going. He really wanted to know and cared. We all knew he was the founder of a great company but he never came across as if he was anyone special. Well, he truly was someone special and I will always remember him and feel very blessed to have known him. My God's love comfort you in this time of loss!

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Rector family. I was fortunate to meet Dale on several occasions, as many of us were at First American Title, and every time one of us walked away from him the same thing was always spoken - "What a wonderful man!"

A fine and caring organization is reflected from the top. Dale was one great person who made sure his caring filtered down through his Realty Executives' professional organization. Many people could learn a lot by following his example. Dale was a man to be loved and admired.

Dear friends, It has been our priveledge to provide our services to Realty Executives International. Mr. Rector's history has obviously identified him as an outstanding leader. His accomplishment in creating an organization such as yours is truly admirable. Although I had not had the honor of meeting Mr. Rector personally, his tribute spoke beautifully of him. Thoughts of Dale will always bring fond memories and smiles to me. He always found time to say hello and listen to what I had to say. Sometimes he didn't have say anything, just a hand on my shoulder when I lost my folks was enough, but meant a lot to me. It was a pleasure to know and work for him, he will be missed.

I met Dale more than 20 years ago as a "newbie" to the real estate world and he was always gracious, kind, and so very knowledgeable. One of his greatest attributes in my opinion has been the ability to pass on those wonderful traits to his family and everyone around him. My condolences to his family and friends... he will be remembered....and missed.

I will never forget the first time I met Dale on my first day working for Realty Executives. The first thing he said to me was "Is everyone treating you well?" It's just like him to care so much about the individual.
I will miss him coming to visit us at the administration office every week. He always stopped to say hello and see how the marketing crew was doing. I will never forget his beautiful blue eyes and warm smile. Thank you Dale for making this world a better place.
Peace be with the Rector family.

Mrs. Rector and all the Rector family,
My deepest sympathy and prayers are with you as you traverse this most difficult time. The loss of your husband and father has touched so many. Dale was literally "one in a million". He had the wonderful gift of making everyone feel important. It was my privilege to meet him and spend lunch with him at one of the quarterly meetings shortly after I joined the company as an office manager. His warmth and caring made me fee right at
home. He was truely a great man and will be missed by all who knew him.
