Joan & Lynn Dodd (Paradise Valley, AZ) Our hearts are heavy and overflowing with sadness on the news of Dales passing. Not many of us will ever achieve authentic success as Dale did. Authentic sucess is not about accumulating but letting go, because all you have is all you truly need. Dale was a visionary who called forth his gifts and offered them to the world so that others could share and live his dream of a better life. Dale lived by his own lights and knew the value of every task he undertook in the steady pursuit of his dream. He reveled in the sucess and advancement of others and made a difference in all of our lives. Today we celebrate Dale's achievements and are grateful and honored to have been touched by such a great humanitarian. Today we carry with us in our hearts, Dale's priceless gifts of love, courage and a dream. Dale leaves behind a legacy that will endure through time and light our paths into the future.

Dear June and family:
| |
Verda Rempel (Federal Way, Washington) My deepest sympathy with my thoughts, love and prayers go out to you, June, Rich, Gary, Becky and families. During my 17+ years working for REAX I loved Dale for the great man he was. I appreciated the times he stopped by my office just to ask how things were going. He really wanted to know and cared. We all knew he was the founder of a great company but he never came across as if he was anyone special. Well, he truly was someone special and I will always remember him and feel very blessed to have known him. My God's love comfort you in this time of loss!
Lauri Wrigley (First American Title) My thoughts and prayers go out to the Rector family. I was fortunate to meet Dale on several occasions, as many of us were at First American Title, and every time one of us walked away from him the same thing was always spoken - "What a wonderful man!"
Dick and Barbara Mercier (Administration) A fine and caring organization is reflected from the top. Dale was one great person who made sure his caring filtered down through his Realty Executives' professional organization. Many people could learn a lot by following his example. Dale was a man to be loved and admired.
Jeannette Harris (REI - Phoenix) There is a saying that goes, "When the character of a man is not clear to you, look at his friends"; the thoughts and messages shown here are a glimpse into the tremendous amount of character in Dale. My prayers are with you June, Rich, Robin and the entire family. I truly feel blessed that my life has been touched by Dale and you all.
Brian Nichols (Culver City, CA) Dear friends, It has been our priveledge to provide our services to Realty Executives International. Mr. Rector's history has obviously identified him as an outstanding leader. His accomplishment in creating an organization such as yours is truly admirable. Although I had not had the honor of meeting Mr. Rector personally, his tribute spoke beautifully of him. For those of you who had known him and those who had the honor of calling him friend, our deepest condolences.
Jack and Heidi Eberenz (Phoenix) Seldom in our lifetime do we meet a true visionary who also has the ability to transulate that vision into action. Dale was one of those rare entrepreneurs who accomplished all of that and more. Heidi and I give our best to June and the Family, Dale has left a legacy that will live on and benefit many people worldwide.
Sharon Gloyer (Administration Office) Thoughts of Dale will always bring fond memories and smiles to me. He always found time to say hello and listen to what I had to say. Sometimes he didn't have say anything, just a hand on my shoulder when I lost my folks was enough, but meant a lot to me. It was a pleasure to know and work for him, he will be missed.
I am deeply saddened by the loss of Dale Rector. This truly was a man that gained the respect of all, Our world would benifit if there were more men of this high caliber. My sympathy to the Rector family.
Jan Jaloma Dean (Tierra Verde, FL) I met Dale more than 20 years ago as a "newbie" to the real estate world and he was always gracious, kind, and so very knowledgeable. One of his greatest attributes in my opinion has been the ability to pass on those wonderful traits to his family and everyone around him. My condolences to his family and friends... he will be remembered....and missed.
I will never forget the first time I met Dale on my first day working for Realty Executives. The first thing he said to me was "Is everyone treating you well?" It's just like him to care so much about the individual.

Even though I have only been a member of the Realty Executive family for a short time I felt immediately at home due to the vision, and philosophies of Dale and the “Executives” of our industry. He will be truly missed but his legacy will live on forever.
