Authentic sucess is not about accumulating but letting go, because all you have is all you truly need. Dale lived by his own lights and knew the value of every task he undertook in the steady pursuit of his dream. I didn't know Dale Rector through his business as a realtor, I met him 2 years ago; when I became the security officer at his place of residence. I was curious why his license plate read "100PCT", so I asked him and with his eyes twinkling and wide smile he gave me a quick summary of his real estate philosophy and later he gave me his book which told the story in depth. Mr. Rector (Dale) was a rare individual who personified entreprenuralship at the highest level and had a personal warmth which cannot be replaced. I feel honored to have known him and miss him beyond words.

I will never forget the first time I met Dale on my first day working for Realty Executives. The first thing he said to me was "Is everyone treating you well?" It's just like him to care so much about the individual.
I will miss him coming to visit us at the administration office every week. He always stopped to say hello and see how the marketing crew was doing. I will never forget his beautiful blue eyes and warm smile. Thank you Dale for making this world a better place.
