Donald Teel (Prescott, Arizona) We have all been enriched by the contributions Dale made to the entire industry, not just in terms of creating new broker/agent relationships but also because he influenced so many of us to begin to think outside the box. He is the original pioneer who continues to inspire many of us to dream of new models that make our careers more effective and meaningful. My sincere appreciation to his wife, family, friends and countless colleagues. Donald Teel - President & CEO, ePartner USA

Dear June and Family,
| |
Joel Sherman (Scottsdale/Gainey Ranch) I am deeply saddened by the loss of Dale. It was over 30 years ago that I interviewed with Dale and Realty Executives to find out what the 100% concept was all about. To this day, I recall the impression that this man made. His obvious integrity, quiet dignity, enthusiasm and humility, quickly convinced me to join this small and revolutionary company. The rest as they say is history. I will miss Dale Rector, the man as well as the legend. My sympathy to all the family.

Betty E. Arthur (Prescott, AZ) Dear Rich, June, the Rector Family and all of Realty Executives,
| |
Pat & Sharon Harfst (Gilbert Arizona) We all share in the loss of the Rector family, and also share in the wisdom that Dale graced us with. Dale may be gone, but the good that he has done will live on. Thank you, Dale!
Bertram Shultz & Don Carroll, Sr. (Realty Executives of New Jersey) Dear Rich and Family:

REALTY EXECUTIVES ORLANDO SOUTH (ORLANDO, FLORIDA) ON BEHALF OF OUR PARTNERS AND EXECUTIVES WE EXTEND OUR DEEPEST SYMPATHIES TO THE RECTOR FAMILY. OUR TTHOUGHTS AND PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU AT THIS DIFFICULT TIME.

Jo Peckinpaugh (Chattanooga, Tennessee) I had the pleasure of working for Realty Executives for four years, and met Dale at one of our conventions. Truly this man was ahead of his time! His passion and commitment were an inspiration; and certainly, because of his vision, many of us are successful in business today. I believe God uses the Dale Rector's of this world specifically to leave us ALL better in some way-- I still incorporate some of the ideas and policies he originated in my own business, and am so grateful to have met him and been introduced to the Realty Executives concept! We are remembering you in our prayers; God bless you all.
Tim Waldron (Realty Executives New England) Dale was truly a gentle man. It was sometimes hard to believe that somebody as unassuming and down to earth as Dale could have such an enormous impact on people lives. His simple idea, agents as the entrepreneur, changed millions of lives and the way an industry was practiced. He was truly a wise man.

MELINDA S.SCHECHNER (SCOTTSDALE RANCH) I was deeply saddened to hear of Dale's passing. I will always remember his winning smile and kind personality.
| |
I wish to extend my most sincere condolences to the entire Rector family. Mr. Rector's vision allowed me to pursue my real estate career in a manner that is now a community standard. The memory of the "Real Estate Rebel" will not soon be forgotten.
Steve Donovan (Paradise Valley Office) The Rector and Realty Executives families lost a great man.
| |
Mike Degnan (Realty Executives New England) Dale’s warmth and respect for others were ingredients that separated his vision from those of his competitors. It was that difference that attracted me 15 years ago to Realty Executives. The foundation and spirit that he set in place at Realty Executives will always remain a testament to his life. Rich, my sincere sympathy to both you and your family.
Idania "Dee" Davila (North Arlington, NJ) Even though I have not been able to meet Mr. Rich Rector, I have heard and read Great things about him and wish I had the opportunity to meet such a Wonderful Man. My deepest condolences go out to all the Rector family and Realty Executives Family as well.
Sandy Young (Phoenix Administration) My sincere sympathy to the Rector family.

Grace Block (point office) In an industry where self importance is the usual Dale was modest.Dale retained his kind and modest nature.Dale listened, appreciated, and remembered people. He made us feel important. Deep sympathy is extended to the Rector family at this sad time.Grace Block
Amy Tuzzio (Realty Executives International) My favorite memory: I had only been with the company for a few months when I was asked to help out at the 2003 International Convention in Miami, Florida. During the Salsa Party event I watched as female after female lined up to dance with Dale Rector. Throughout the next day, I heard many an attendee say what a wonderful time they had and that Dale was "the best dancer". Everytime I've seen Dale since that party, I remember his dancing spirit and smile inside. It was wonderful to know that our respected, accomplished founder was as active in fun as he was in business. Thank you for listening.
Thank you, Mr. Rector, for your inspiration!

"LORD help me step into that place of faith where your grace beyond my imagining and miracles are common place". Thank you Dale for all you've done for us. We will surely miss you.
