Elayne Beyer (Realty Executives International) My favorite memory of Dale is the day two years ago when he stopped by my office asking how the annual convention was going. We often discussed this event and I updated him on our increasing attendance. He then asked if I had a few moments. For Dale, my time stood still. I followed him outside to his parking place and his car was running, with June sitting inside! I got in and he drove out the parking lot, turning North, driving about 1/4 block into a narrow driveway. He drove down the very short distance and parked. Laughing heartily, he said 'We're here!' Inside we went to a small studio apartment filled only with canvasses, paints, brushes, etc. It was his 'secret location', where he was doing all his painting he said. He asked me to pick out the ten pieces of his work for our Homes From the Heart Silent Auction to be held at our Convention. After a lot of discussion, he asked about a final three he presented, inquiring which was my favorite. I chose one and we left. Several weeks later, after the convention, Dale arrived at my office with a framed painting for me. A gift from him to me. It was the final painting I had chosen! I will cherish that painting always, but his kind thought is even more cherished. Beyond that simple gesture, however, is the memory of a fabulously sincere and gentle person that I respected more than anyone I know. I will truly miss Dale as his vision for life and the people he touched daily was extraordinary. Thank you Dale, for being you.

JOE WALTERS (Moorestown, New Jersey) Rich, I a sorry to hear of the loss of your Father. From my own experience, I to know the pain losing of losing my Father to lung cancer when he was just 56. I need not tell you that you have been blessed to have your Father in your life as long as you have. Nevertheless it is always difficult for us to accept the passing of a loved one. Your Father was a great man of Vision and you will always be proud of him for his accomplishments, but even more so as only you knew him, as your Dad. I share your loss with all of my Realty Executives colleagues, and with those professionals in our field who's lives have forever been enriched by the efforts of Dale. Your Family is in my prayers. - Joe Walters, Realty Executives J&J Realty, Moorestown, NJ.

Our thoughts and prayers to the entire Rector Family. I was still a bit unsure about joining the franchise, until I met the Rectors at my training and then I knew I had made the right decision. Dale and June were so warm and inviting. While the industry has lost a true leader, the franchises have lost a friend. In meeting the family, it's obvious that Dale's biggest accomplishment was the wonderful family he raised. Bless you all.
