To the Rector family; My prayers are with you all during this time of great loss. It is truly an honor to belong to such a great company that would not be here except for the insight, committment and dedication of Dale. God Bless you all.
Gregory Stull (Blaine, Minnesota) To the Rector Family:

Jan and Tom Ross (Scottsdale, Arizona) Dale was such a credit to the industry for having had the foresight to conceive the idea of a 100% company and then to carry the idea through to fruition making Realty Executives the envy of so many and the most successful real estate company in the greater Phoenix area, probably on the planet. We are all grateful for his leadership in taking Realty Executives to the next level and franchising it throughout the world thereby enabling us to network with other top professionals wherever Realty Executives is found.
| |
Maria Pinheiro (Naugatuck Ct. Owner/Broker) My deepest regrets go out not only to Dale's immediate family, his wife and children and grandchildren, but his second family everyone in the Realty Executive's Organization. He will be truely missed.
Richard & Sybil Arballo (Tampa, Florida) Our deepest condolences on the loss of your beloved husband and father.

Steven Robbins (Scottsdale Ranch) How blessed we have all been to have been led by a man of remarkable vision, unwavering integrity, and genuine kindness. We will all miss you Dale. Rest in Peace.

MY WIFE AND I HAD THE PLEASURE TO SIT DOWN WITH DALE AND JUNE OVER THE JULY 4TH WEEKEND IN FLAGGSTAFF THIS YEAR AND WE REALLY ENJOYED TALKING TO THE BOTH OF THEM. DALE KEPT SAYING HE WAS GOING TO KICK THIS DISEASE AND NOTHING WOULD KEEP HIM DOWN. HE WAS SMILING THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE AND HIS ZEST FOR LIFE WAS INCREDIBLE. WE LOST A TRUE PIONEER WHO CAN NEVER BE REPLACED BUT WE OWE HIM A HUGE GRATITUDE FOR HIS GUTS IN TAKING ON THE OLD SCHOOL BROKERAGE HOUSES.

RICH NICHOLS (NORTH SCOTTSDALE) To the rector family: We would both like to express to you our deepest sympathy at this time. When I joined the company in 1976, the reason was because of Dale. He was a pioneer in the real estate industry. He supplied us with all the tools we needed to be successful. He will be sorely missed. Rich and Sherry Nichols.
Judy Jennings (Jacksonville, FL) A sudden sock to all of us who new Dale. I feel fortunate to have joined Realty Executives over five years ago. Dale called me and welcomed us into his fold. I thank Dale for an opportunity to grow with his company and share the wealth with well deserving Realtors. His future thinking will live on in all of us. Thank you, Dale. We will remember you with a smile.
To the Rector Family,

Like many people who know of a founder of a company but really don't know them, I must say I was impressed by Mr. Rector in Miami last year. It was a pleasure to meet him, walk with him and work with him during the building of a home there for Habitat for Humanity. I also was lucky enough to sit with him at the airport on our way back to Sacramento. What a visit. Such a kind individual. He always though about the company but how the company could assit its agents. This is one proud Owner who can not say enough about our founder. He will be missed. "WE live so we may die, we die so we may live". Dale live on in my heart.
Greg Herman, USAF, Ret. (Arrowhead Office) I have personally known the Rector Family since 1991 and I realize how very much you will miss this remarkable person. I appreciate his never ending contribution to the Real Estate industry and will always remember his lasting smile. God Bless Dale and the Rector Family.
Don and Jacque Vander Giessen (Pointe Office) Thank you Dale Rector for the many years of service you have devoted to this industry. It was because of you and the reputation you built for your company that encouraged us to join you in the mid 1980's. It was a decision we have never regretted. We remember you with fondness.

Terra Fisher (North Scottsdale) I have nothing but the fondest memories of Dale Rector. My prayers and deepest sympathies are with the ones he's left behind, June, Rich, Robyn, Katie, Gary and all of his family and friends. Dear Rich, Robin and Family,
| |
This is truly a sad day. Dale gave us all someone to look up to. From him we learned you can speak softly and accomplish more than the loudest voice ever could. It has been an honor knowing him, and I'll miss the big smile he always wore when I saw him. Rich, my heart goes out to you and your family. Your Dad may be gone, but he'll never be forgotten by all of us who admired him so much!
My deepest condolences to all of the family. Dale was a wonderful man. Since we first met in 1976, He has been an inspiration to me, as well as countless others in the Real Estate Industry. Always a kind word, a warm smile, and a person of integrity. I wll miss you.--Tim
