Dale was such a credit to the industry for having had the foresight to conceive the idea of a 100% company and then to carry the idea through to fruition making Realty Executives the envy of so many and the most successful real estate company in the greater Phoenix area, probably on the planet. We are all grateful for his leadership in taking Realty Executives to the next level and franchising it throughout the world thereby enabling us to network with other top professionals wherever Realty Executives is found.

He was a true innovator and real inspiration to all who knew him and despite the many hardships and personal trials of the past couple of years, he always retained his smile, his sunny personality and the incredible ability to be interested in what others were doing.

Thank you, Dale, for your enduring friendship, for being such an important part of the lives of so many, and for your thinking outside the box so many years ago.

We met Mr. Rector on several different occasions and he was such a charming and happy man who always had time for questions. We remembered when we told him that we had read his book and did not know what a hard time he had getting his company started and he replied "I didn't know what a hard time I had until I read my book". MY WIFE AND I HAD THE PLEASURE TO SIT DOWN WITH DALE AND JUNE OVER THE JULY 4TH WEEKEND IN FLAGGSTAFF THIS YEAR AND WE REALLY ENJOYED TALKING TO THE BOTH OF THEM. DALE KEPT SAYING HE WAS GOING TO KICK THIS DISEASE AND NOTHING WOULD KEEP HIM DOWN. HE WAS SMILING THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE AND HIS ZEST FOR LIFE WAS INCREDIBLE. WE LOST A TRUE PIONEER WHO CAN NEVER BE REPLACED BUT WE OWE HIM A HUGE GRATITUDE FOR HIS GUTS IN TAKING ON THE OLD SCHOOL BROKERAGE HOUSES.

Like many people who know of a founder of a company but really don't know them, I must say I was impressed by Mr. Rector in Miami last year. It was a pleasure to meet him, walk with him and work with him during the building of a home there for Habitat for Humanity. I also was lucky enough to sit with him at the airport on our way back to Sacramento. What a visit. Such a kind individual. He always though about the company but how the company could assit its agents. This is one proud Owner who can not say enough about our founder. He will be missed. "WE live so we may die, we die so we may live". Dale live on in my heart.
