Although, I never had the opportunity to meet Mr. Rector. I am benefiting from his vision. I joined Realty Executives in May of 2004. This is where I belong, thank you Mr. Rector!

I was saddened to learn of Dale's death, and
while I haven't had the opportunity to visit with Dale for many years, I will always remem-ber him with great fondness and affection, for
the wonderful person he was. I am now living
and working in the beautiful Mogollon Rim
Country, and while there is a Realty Execu-
tives office in Payson now, it just isn't the
same as what I consider the "real" Realty Executives formed so many years ago by Dale,
and of which I was privileged to be a part.
He was an innovative and forward-thinking
individual, ahead of his time, and I will always
remember my many years with the North
Scottsdale Realty Executives office with appre-
ciation for what he originated for us all. Dale,
you will leave a huge gap but your memory
truly will live on. You have been frequently emulated, but your accomplishments can never be equaled.

To Gary Rector,
Thanks for giving me the opportunity to
know your wonderful father. It was a privilege, not to be forgotten. He was such a wonderful host, gracious and affectionate, as is his grandson, Elliott, who, I think, has inherited many of his grandfather's qualities and who will continue to be a living legacy.
That is, perhaps, the greatest tribute in the long run, to wish to be emulated by so many people. I hope it brings you, the whole family, comfort in your bereavement.
With deep sympathy,
Fran Zeff

My deepest sympathy to Dale's family on their - and our - great loss.

Many words can describe Dale, but among the foremost in my mind are: visionary, industry icon, trail-blazer, teacher, leader and humanitarian.

I count myself very fortunate to have known Dale, and I marvel at his accomplishments, and the wonderful legacy he has left behind. He touched and enriched the lives of thousands of people, and we are all the better for it.

I will miss his sage counsel, his wonderful stories and the twinkle in his eye as he told them. I will think of him whenever I hear the words "100%" because that's what he gave us all.
